right before a game, if you have time, i dampen my glove with warm water, put a cruddy ball in the pocket, put the oven at 300 and let it bake for about 2-5 minutes

I'm a catcher and after a game or practice that was dusty (to say the least) I condition my glove with Wilson Pro Stock Glove Conditioner.
You and buy it here click here

another good way to form a pocket is to condition your glove, let it dry a little, and when it is still damp on the inside, put a ball in the pocket and put the whole ensemble under your matress. sleep on it for a few nights. works great
