The last time you were gunned, around how fast were you throwing? How many pitches do you have? What are they? (Also if you could put your age, grade, and where you're from)

I was trying to compare a good friend of mine [who is a lefty] to you guys, but then he pointed out that most of these guys are right-handed. He's also been diagnosed with bursa tendonitis, so he hasn't been pitching as fast as he used to. Still, I would like to compare him to all of you lefties. Thanks Smile

Wow, bursa tendonitis? That's not something to mess around with. My friend had that and was out of pitching for 2 seasons.

I'm light but whoever said weight had anything to do with pitching? I worked hard over the winter and gained 10mph in a plyometrics program that I went to 4 days a week.
