When breaking in an infield glove, do you feel its better to flare out the pinky and thumb or to curve the glove in?

Any infielder I've talked to about that situation all boils down to their personal preference.

For example if you look at Omar Vizquel's glove it's practically flat as a board.

I peronally don't know what is better, I'm not even sure what I do (my 2nd position is IF)but I know that Eastonmakes glove with a Flare Design...
