Well I have a problem. My head is small and has always been small. We got new polyester hats this year on our team and the smallest size is still to big. Do any of you know how to shrink a polyester hat?

Try taking a hot shower while wearing the hat. Periodically pull the front (logo area) back as hard as you can towards the back of the hat. I don't know how much yours needs to be shrunk, but this should help a little bit.

Wouldnt that make the color fade? I have the same problem and i dont want it to look different.

Try putting your hat in the dishwasher. Just cover the cap part with a bowl (heavy bowl or plastic bowl in the top rack) so it won't blow around. Worked for me.
