Hey, I was wondering if anyone has used the Sparq parachute for speed training and if it has helped. Or if you've used something else and it's mader oyu faster what was it? Thanks

i have used it before and it doesnt give you as much wind resistance as somebody would think. Personally, i dont think it does much for the price.
