if anyone here throws a forkball, i need some help with mine. i throw a pretty nasty one it just doesn't have the velocity i want on it, but that is because i have to short arm it if i wanna hit the spots with it. i know the forkball is supposed to be a pitch in the dirt but when i extend my arm like with a normal pitch, it usually flies off and either hits the batter or goes behind him. if anyone could give me some tips i think that'd be great! THANKS!!!

throw, throw, throw! do it when you are warming up and any chance you get.

work on throwing with the same mechanics but hodling it in those two fingers, and balance it! it will come with time.
