Ok, so tonight I went to buy some new colors of underarmour for school ball and my travel team, and when I got home I relised I bought long sleeve heat gear (keeps you cool) and I need underarmour that keeps you warm considering I play in the cold early season weather here in the north east. So I'm going to return them soon. And I was wondering about the "METAL MOCK TEE". On the underarmour site it says its for baseball and flexible weather conditions, does anybody know the temputures its would be good for? Because I'm thinking of buying one in red for my travel team that plays from April to September.

Yeah I ended up ordering a red and a green Coldgear Mock Longsleeve. I always get confused with longsleeve heatgear, I always think sleeves are only for the cold.

Just to keep the arm warm, and from tightening up.

You should try the loose gear cold gear. its like a fleece material and keeps the heat in, but its loose if you dont like that tight feeling around your arm. they have them in crew neck and they are real warm and work well im from nh so i understand the cold weather and this is the best thing to keep me warm when i pitch.

The One arm sleeves are really cool they are used during any time of year including summer to keep your arm loose they look best if u wear two of them but it gives you that tight underarmor feel on ur arm with out that anoying feeling on your torso. A lot of pros wear them i saw more the a few using them on my last trip to a game

the metal gear is for all season long, you can wear it when the temperatures can be warm one day and cold the next (like mid-atlantic, northeastern states) our coach gave us two pairs of metal gear, they're nice but i noticed it came with a big price tag (i got it for free though) of 60 bucks

hope this helps

I have a couple Under Armour shirts, but I mainly buy the off-brand stuff that you can get at WalMart. Our store currently carries two different brands- Starter and Athletic Works. Both of them are decent products, but I'd still prefer Under Armour. Right now I have the following for wearing:

1 Under Armour Cold Gear Mock in black
1 Under Armour Turf Gear long sleeve in black
1 Under Armour Tech T short sleeve in orange
1 Under Armour Heat Gear sleeveless in white
2 Athletic Works short sleeve in black (tight)
1 Athletic Works sleeveless in black (tight)
1 Athletic Works short sleeve in black (loose)
1 Athletic Works short sleeve in white (loose)
2 Athletic Works short sleeve in orange (loose)
1 Starter sleeveless in black (loose)

The sleeveless ones I wore for basketball this year some. In fact, I bought all of the Athletic Works except the two tight short sleeve ones for basketball. I'll wear only black shirts with sleeves for under my uniform this year because we have orange sleeves jerseys. I like wearing the long-sleeve shirts during baseball but will occassionally wear the short sleeve ones too.
