Sorry to butt in where I dont belong but dont ask your question here but go talk to your dad. Us old guys are much smarter then you think we are
To our military men, women and families - You are all awesome - that flag is yours and I thank you for the opportunity for giving me the honor of removing my cap prior to every baseball game I see.

You pretty much answered your own question.
But as catcher09 said go and talk things over with your Dad, isn't the old saying 'father knows best'?
-------------------------------------------------- I never threw an illegal pitch. The trouble is, once in a while I toss one that ain't never been seen by this generation
I'm just going to switch off games.. miss a couple basketball miss a couple baseball.. going to try to play both. i love the 2 games! played them both my whoel life, just want to see which one will take me.

I guess with your dad coaching you might get away with that. The next level may not be so flexible. In life you have choices and a coach may wonder about your dedication to BB.

I'm guessing since you are a second baseman, you're not really tall. I doubt without that height you are going to "go somewhere" unless you are really good. And if you are really good, then baseball isn't your top option.
