could anyone tell me if these things actually work??

Nobody really knows. I had one and I liked having it until I lost it. I can't say I felt like it worked, but it kept me on track with baseball. It was kind of a reminder that I should work hard and almost served as motivation.

Baseball is a superstitious sport....if you feel it helps, it helps....just ask Wade Boggs about eating chicken on game day.....

but remember if you play in an NFHS game....the Phiten necklaces and bracelets are considered jewelry and must come off.....

im a catcher i wear one on my glove hand. it helps alot when you block one and it goes off the bottom of your palm. they def help. ive noticed a difference between not wearin one and not a couple hours after a game
