Are you talkin about the Interchangeable kind? sry dont know much about IC...metal for me....but almost everybody carries at least one IC model... Personally i would recommend mizunos...but its up to you

puma is deffinately the way to go, i recommend the puma dfr (Click here for DFR PIC) they're the same cleats johnny damon uses, they're built for speed and look sick, you'll deffinately be turning heads with your speed and the look

I went with the Nike Diamond Air Fury SP in black/white. I haven't worn them yet outside, but the one thing I noticed was that the 9.5 seemed small on the top of the foot, but long in the toes. I also got a pair of nike Diamond Air Trainers in black/orange and they were actually a 9 that I was sent. And they seemed to fit perfect! I don't know why the 9.5 seems to feel tight while the 9 seems to fit perfect. Little backwards there, huh?
