Hey i am a 5'3" 95 lb fresman. i am trying out for my highschool baseball team in February. We stared team conditioning in September and i dont really want to do all of the conditioning to find out that i didnt make the team. Does anyone have ANY advice at all? Whether its about lifting, nutrition, or simple drills that i can do at my house, I appreciate any advice thank you.

Try working out your core, lower back, and legs. Practice a lot, and do the pre-season workout. The coach will be more inclined to make you on the team if he see's you working hard to become better.
also, be confident during try-outs. dont seem tentative and unsure about yourself.
