So I found out the other night that I cant go DI and Probably DII because of my learning disability. So I will end up going DII or JC I have no problem with that I have thought about it and have realized at least I can go somewhere and play ball and maybe prove myself who knows anything can happen as my mom always tells me. I am trying my hardest to do what I can school is just hard for me but I am not giving up. I guess what I am really asking is what dose this do to me for playing baseball in college? Any information would be so much help thanks.

Some of the best baseball players go to jr colleges, it gives them more opportunities to be drafted.
Check out the jr colleges in the Fl panhandle, they are Div I jr colleges and its possible to get full rides, tuition, housing and books.
Going to a Jr college is not a bad thing.

Don't dismiss Division I and II baseball so quickly---my son was LD and played at a major Division I porgram---many colleges have special conditions andprograms for LD kids--Marist in NY is one of them

Yes a Juco would be a great move for you. You can take your Gen. Ed. courses in a small setting with instructors instead of a large setting with Professors (there is a huge difference).
I have 5 children and 3 have breezed thru school but for the other 2 it is really difficult... I understand your struggles and your mom is right... you can still make a lot of good things happen... Good luck to you this spring
