I just signed up for Kerry's 4-week program on his website, http://www.weighttrainingforbaseball.com.
For the dumbbell exercises on the test sheet, do I enter the weight of each dummbell, or the combined weight. For example, if I used two 20 lb dummbells for standing dumbbell curls, would I enter 20 lbs or 40lbs? Thanks in advance.

I already did that lol. I just figured that it couldn't hurt to post here also because maybe someone can give me the answer quicker. But thanks for the response.
