Does anyone have any experience with John Doyles' products? I am considering buying the ultimate 7 minute baseball warm up. Even though this is designed for warm-ups it also sounds like it helps to build core strength.

I have the warmup tape. Its definitely good, but definitely longer that 7 minutes, because you have to repeat everything longer than he does. Still though, great dynamic stretching and whatnot.

I also have his core workouts, there is some great stuff there.

Baseball, it is said, is only a game. True.
And the Grand Canyon is just a hole in Arizona.

I agree with Catch43. I have both of those products as well and love them. I use the warm up for my team at every practice and game. The results have been impressive.
