No expert opinion here just observations: I would guess this is normal for you. I have seen different shaped muscles in my day. If it bothers you sightwise, you could add bodyfat until it goes away - but being older I know that is not a good suggestion healthwise. If you really got to know then you will probably have to see a doctor who may even send you to a specialist.

It was a folded bicep. Per the Orthopedic he probably did it while doing pull ups. It resolved itself on it's own.
