Does anyone know of a workout for these? Is there an interval training that you can do? Down with a 5 weeks until I go to the lower 48 for some showcases over spring break, and i need some extra cardio. Does anyone have a workout or am I way off by wanting to ride the bike? I just got board to tears with jogging on the indoor track at my school, and on top of that its absolutely packed when I go to run.
