Are There any shoulder workouts that can be incorporated into my conditioning. I want to have a stronger arm and want to do more than long toss and use the weighted baseballs.

Cameron;

Surgical Tubing exercises will strengthen your shoulder and also help prevent injury to your shoulder.

5lb. dumbell routine will also help strengthen the shoulder muscles.

Body Blade is another avenue you can do to strengthen your shoulder.

Weightlifiting also helps if you aren't already doing that you should start.

Body Blade I'm not too sure, I've only heard of it.

5lb. dumbell routine can be found in Nolan Ryan's Pitcher's Bible by Nolan Ryan and Tom House ISBN# 0-671-70581-4

I suggest you get this book and read it, I'd hate to give you the wrong info and have you do it and then ruin your shoulder by my account.

Hope this helps

You also need to incorperate hevy shoulder lifts into your workout. But not too much weight. Best to stay around 8-12 reps per set which is about 65-80% of your one lift maximum in a set.
But you should be doing shoulder shrugs and military presses as well as surgical tubing and stretching before each workout, about 3 or 4 times a week.
