Hey I am 19 yrs old, a 5 10 173 LHP and OF who will be playing D1 ball next year in the acc, I throw around 90 MPH and run around a 6.7-6.8 60yd dash. For some reason the college didnt want to get me a weight lifting program so I just made up my own and went from there. I have been lifting heavily 4-5 times a week and have seen huge gains in all my lifting areas. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips to help me prepare not only for my high school season but also D1 ball. Any comment or criticism of the work out is greatly appreciated. I also take some whey protein, and would be open to adding a supplement.
My Work out as of now is
front and side shoulder raises 12LBs 3x10
Tricep kick backs 35lbs 3x10
tricep pull downs 140 LBS 3x10
bicep curls 40LBS 3x8
Bench press 165 3x8 ( I just started benching 3weeks ago and have increased from repping 135)
Decline Bench press Dumb Bells (45LBS) 3x8
Incline Bench press 105LBS 3x8
Leggs I do Hamstring curls, quad press, and quad extension, Lunges with 120 lbs, Squats, calf raises, and I also do 5 Abb Lifts every day.
For running I rotate between 15 yrd sprints one day, then a two mile run the next.
Any help with this would be really great, thank you
Justin

Don't take this the wrong way, but your program is terrible. Please take the time to look at archives here and read the articles on my site.

You are asking for an injury with this program and if you continue will severely slow your retraction ability.

I applaud your go-getter attitude, but I would suggest listening to your coaches, or, telling them you need to workout so to send you a program.

I agree with JD.
Your college baseball trainer will send you a workout to follow before you arrive.
In the meantime, why is your HS coach not assisting you in a work out program? noidea
