Breakfast: bowl of rice krispies, glass of orange juice and 2 pieces of bacon (bacon should prob be left out)

Lunch: peanut butter and jel sandwhich or chicken sandwhich, sunchips, nutrigrain bar or chocolate chip peanut butter chewy, bottle of water.

Dinner- whatever my dad makes.. either spaghetti, or chicken.. alot of chicken... etc. with milk and banana...

Is diet coke really worse than regular coke?? (i dont drink them just wondering)

what of my diet should i change.. i mean tel lme anything i i will do it.. off season is coming soon so i need a FULL nutrition plan..
