redbird5 , Speed Ladders or Agility Ladders , regardless what people want to call them , they are outstanding . It would be hard to list different drills , but I would encourage you to look into a video that I really like . It is called "Speed/Agility Ladder Footwork Drills" . It is by Vern Gambetta & Steve Myrland . It has dozens of useful drills . I hope that this helps , Best Wishes , Kerry

No problem. Glad I could contribute. I have benefited a great deal from your posts as well as those of many others. Let's keep it up and help the boys improve their skills and their love for the game.
Just a note, I am in the process of making my own agility ladder out of an old garden hose and 1/4" nylon rope. The ladder will be 30 feet in length; with 20, 18 inch boxes. The hose will serve as the rungs, with the rope thread through holes in each end of the rungs. I will tie a knot on each side of the rung to hold it in place. Seems like a bit of work, but it is way cheaper than anything I found on the internet. Hope it works as well as I think it should.
I am anxious to get my sons using it and the drills from the website mentioned in my earlier post.

REDBIRD5, USED THEM AND USE THEM OFTEN. We have seen a couple of guys really gain coordinatiion via the speed ladder. It has especially benefited pitchers although, it helps everyone. We seem to get to bunts faster and have better set ups on the throws.
