Alright, so I have milk and 100% whey and oats... I know thats good. The question is what fruits should i put in with it, i've heard you should put them in too. I was thinking definately bananas because of potassium and other stuff, but I want to know if there are any other fruits I should put in with it (and anything else for that matter).


Either Working Hard or Hardly Working

i drink my straight protein and just eat alot of fruit on the side

but just add whatever taste good in it


also you can buy pills at any store with stuff like potassuim

i take potassuim pills alot beacuse i cramp sometimes on the mound

Any kind of fruit is fine...as mentioned bananas are great. Don't mess with potassium pills, they don't get absorbed anyway.

What kind of oats do you put in protein shakes. The only ones I can think of are the like instant Quaker ones, but putting those in a drink sounds like it would just clump it up?

but im sure if your googled it thered be alot of things you can add in to them
