I've been pushing my principal for the last two years to give us some time in the weight room. So he gave me Thursdays and Fridays because football is in the Monday-Wed. What should I do in those two days? Mon-Wed we condition, do agilities, and long toss, as well as abwork.

I'm no expert here, but here's my $.02 anyway.

It sucks that you have two consecutive days, but I think you can do the major compound lifts (squat, deadlift, cleans) once per week and be fine because they are pretty taxing to the body. Maybe you could also look into some strength building stuff outside of the weight room with medicine balls, kettle bells, etc?

I agree with Emanski with legs the focus one day and then I would do a back, rotational core, triceps, forearms, the second day.
