school just started and my coach has been on me about losing weight since last year and i lost a little bit but not alot of weight and we start conditioning the beginnig of october and even though i'm big i want to show him i'm in shape and agile and try to lose some more weight so if any body could help that would be great.thanks.

you can look at our entire winter workout program on our website. its not the only way but its worked very well for us. just look under menu and click on handouts. it has our strength and conditioning/speed and quickness/pitchers throwing program/position fundamentals. thanks - steve
