Currently I am slow as can be. My 60 time was 7.74 at my last showcase. I'm a first baseman and would really like to get that down to 7.4 7.3 area. What are some good things to work on? How should I do this? Is there a specific workout I should get on?

BOF... great response. When I played in HS I sought out the track coach and he helped me with starts, jumps and my 60 time. Someone running a 7.75 could reduce that to around a 7.3 Obviously everyone will be different on the results.

I went from a 6.60 to a 6.40 (long time ago...)
