Yeah don't bother. If you're interested I recently wrote an article on what supplements we use with our athletes because we were getting so many inquiries about it...

Jon, In your opinion is SuperCissus RX safe for 15 year olds. My son has broken 3 different bones over the last 3 years. (active, daredevil type kid). He also is growing rapidly now and the joints seem to hurt when lifting weights. I thought this might help.

Hey noerrors,

Please understand I cannot recommend specific supplements for individuals. I can only tell what we are using with our athletes.

I do know of some 15 year olds who are using SuperCissus RX with great results, but, as always, you must check with his doctor.

Thanks.

I just use regular creatine, as pointed out in my article. The brand you asked about is nothing more than creatine and sugar.

Mr. Doyle

After reading your article I was just wondering where do you buy your supplements?
