What does a good pre-workout meal consist of? Please share any examples or what you do for a pre-workout meal. Thanks.

A good carb source like oats + a piece of chicken/steak/protein powder.

I like to do around 50g carbs/ 25-30g protein.

How many minutes before the workout do you do eat?

And the Grand Canyon is just a hole in Arizona.

You'll want a shake then or something quickly digested. Oatmeal plus protein powder is a good choice.

Yes, for the most part. For a HS kid, absolutely.
