i work with a personal trainer anyways, but was curious what some think of this workout. it was in stack magazine and seems like a very good workout from what i can tell. now i am no expert and was wondering what others thought???

Sounds like a Mark Verstegen Core Performance workout.

yeah i wouldnt go 100% relying on the stack magazine workouts. They say that they are what the pros do, but if you think about it these guys get paid for their skills, and physical stature. So essentially these guys capital is their body. And so you can see that they wouldnt release their workout since they are paid for what they look like and how they play.


I think it was March of 07, Muscle and Fitness did an article on Albert Pujols, and they had his workout in there. It was 2 a days in the weight room, and his weight was absolutely fenominal. But look at the guy, he is one of the biggest hitters in the MLB.

Looks like a recovery based workout. Even if it was his workout, which it's not, it would only relate to Eric, and not a player below MLB.
