Ok ill just tell you everything about me. I am a five foot freshman that weighs 95 lbs. I really want to make the varsity baseball team this year but i need to get a lot stronger, faster, and more explosive. Right now i have been going to the gym every other day since the middle of summer. I really hope that i wasnt just wasting my time. My workout consists of...

1. Calf raises
2. Leg extensions
3. Shoulder press
4. Bench press
5. tricept press
6. upright rows
7. back extensions
8. bicept curls
9. side lying dumbell curls
10. shoulder shrugs
11. skull crushers
12. crunches
13. lat pulldowns
14. front laterals
15. side laterals

please help me. If there are any other workouts that i should be doing tell me those also. thanks cant wait to hear from you.

Have you read the previous posts?

That is where you need to start. You will learn all porgrams should be based off compound movements, not "isolation" work - which yours is.

Squats, deadlifts, cleans, snatches, rows and presses should make up at least 90% of your training.
