Having read that some guys used a Bow Flex, does anyone have a good baseball bow flex workout I could use as a starting point for my son.

Thanks

Bill -
I would use the bow flex to do work similar to weights. You may also have moves that can be done with it that can't be done with weights - the main thing being that they should be compound movements as opposed to isolation movements. Also not being familiar with bowflex other than what it is, I don't know the progression capability. If you can't do a lb. or two at a time, then you will have to have him use double progression - e.g. starting with 8 reps and each workout increase by a rep if possible until you can do 12 reps for all work sets and then increase weight/tension and go back to 8 reps and work back up.

Bill,
Tim's advice is spot on; do what exercises have similarities to regular resistance workouts and focus on doing those exercises that activate multiple muscle groups.

A lot of times, we get hung up on the "weights" portion of resistance training when there are a lot of different ways (bands, bodyweight, bowflex) to accomplish the same goal.
