Would riding a bike help recover from soreness from pitching? I am not talking about a stationary bike i mean like a real bike. If i rode up many hills would that help after throwing? I just don't enjoy running that much. Thanks

If it's an easy ride it would be ok. But you do not want to do many hills or an intense ride. The point of aerobic work after throwing is to increase blood flow for recovery - an intense session will hinder recovery.

A sports doc friend advises that bike riding would be okay for recovery provided you chose a course that did not require gearing down to the lowest front gog or pedaling while standing.

Try to keep the tempo consistent.
