Curious.... what do college programs tend to do for mid-season conditioning?

a condensed version of their off season conditioning. off season is usually 3 days a week for about an hour. in season is usually 2 days a week for 45 minutes. Still do all the main important lifts (squat, dead lift, clean, chest etc..) just maybe less auxiliaries. also i think there should be a greater importance placed on core work and flexibility.

that being said some guys will go 5 days a week and some will go none. You have to find out what works best for you.

Besides major D1 programs with full staffed S & C coaches, very few schools have the resources to run in-season programs.

As mentioned above, focus should be on compound movements.

Stay away from "light weight, high reps". This myth won't die and will crush your CNS very quick.

Low reps, moderate weight, high bar speed.
