i'm a high school coach and i've just completetd our winter throwing schedule for our pitchers. this program has been very good to us.i've taken bits and pieces of things i've gotten from all over and put it together into our own program. we've won 72 games the last 3 years, won the conference twice and been to 2 state sectionals. our pitching numbers have been great. alot of complete games and no sore arms. we've had 2 different pitchers be conference pitcher of the year, 2 be northeast tennessee player of the year, and 2 be all-state. we've had 4 in the last 3 years sign college. i dont know if this program made them any better but i do know at least it didnt screw them up. if you are like me you are always looking so if your interested in seeing this program email me at coachd_04@yahoo.com
i'll reply back with an attachment. i dont know anything about pm or any of that so if you want it email me. thanks for all the good info out there that i get on this board

Hi RaiderBB:

It is most gracious of you to share your workout. We see too little of this kind of generous spirit.

I would encourage you to go to the following link and give what is there some consideration. We must stop the epidemcic of pitching arm injuries
