Does anyone know of a good weight training program, including medicine ball exercises, for a middle infielder? I am 15 years old and I am a sophomore in high school. I can workout any number of days per week, so whatever is necessary to complete the program would be fine. Thanks in advance.

Raiderbb, can the strength and conditioning program on your website be used in conjunction with the speed and quickness program?

raider, how do your organize the agility/quickness days? I start with medicine balls, then speed, then plyometrics, then agility, then abs, and finally cardio.

i do them in the order i have them listed for that particular day. that seems to work best for us. i dont know if thats some magic formula or not but from the stuff ive gotten from college and pro programs thats the order we go with.
