Many of you are probably familiar with the American Sports Medicine Institute (ASMI) (http://www.asmi.org) as the source of the Throwers Ten shoulder program. ASMI is the group that Dr. James Andrews is affiliated with. They are involved in all sports, but baseball and pitching are at their focus.

You may not be aware that ASMI has a message board. It is fairly new, and does not have a lot of traffic yet, but that will change. They are very quick to respond to questions presented. I posted a question last week about exercises that pitchers should avoid and got an answer within a day or two.

Check the board out at http://asmiforum.proboards21.com/
