It's junk...it's basically bugs. Thats right comes from an insect. There was a study done in Russia years ago that showed a slight anabolic activity and supplment companies jumped all over it. It's old news in bodybuilding circles, but looks like someone repackaged it, renamed it and paid some pro's for their testimonial. Eat broccolli...it increases protein synthesis by 48%. If your luck, and I mean extremely lucky, you may get a 1% increase with this supplement.

Ecdysten is a "miracle ingredient" in its supposed physiological effects, but has received anecdotal evidence at best, and many find that it has no effect whatsoever. Studies are on both sides of the road, so I would suggest going a more proven route with creatine and a very solid diet.
