Hey, HSBW

I need tips on how to gain more power in your swing. I have home excercise equipment im using now stretch bands, pushup bars, dumbells, curl bars. Can anyone give me a decent workout plan to gain more power. Maybe even lower body excercises.

Thanks Smile

Not at all an expert here but would suggest you concentrate on legs, core forearms and wrists. Be careful not to get oversized in the pec's and biceps as this has been rumored to slow down batspeed.

Get Jon Doyle's unbreakable abs.

Make the squat rack your friend. Concentrate on olympic lifts, back and tricepts.
