Did I read that correctly? Is there really 49 sets on Thursdays?

A lot of good exercises there. I wouldn't necessarily say that it is a football workout. Those exercises are good for any athlete. I'm not sure I agree with the high reps for some of the exercises towards the latter weeks.

DO NOT BENCH PRESS!!!!only bench press with Dumbbells. Also just in general, do not lift anything overhead.Dont overwork your deltoids and do not curl.Curling biulds biscep, biscep get tight, wants to stay compact, messes up throwing motion, strains your elbow.......

So Hounds..you're going to have some major imbalances..some muscles noticably larger than others. Many major league players do the exercises you clearly said were wrong, they just stay smart. It seems to be working for them. Who's right, the big league players or you?

I don't agree with Hounds either but MLB workouts for the most part are irrelevant. Players do what they want to do...they have a level of talent that will overturn a poor training program (not to say that all of them are bad).
