Whey is a faster digesting protein, while the mc is slower digesting.

Whey comes in three main versions, concentrate, isolate and hydrolyzed. Faster acting proteins are used pre/post workout and in the AM. The top hydrolyzed is Protowhey. We use this with all our athletes.

Mc is used when you ned a long acting protein, usually as a meal replacement or before bed. However, it is a good idea to combine both proteins for a overall better balanced amino acid profile.
