If u have not thrown in a while will you loose your velocity. how fast do u think it will come back once i Start again. iI try to throw As much as possible but the guy i throw with is always hurt and I can't throw as much as would like. I want to stop depending on the guy but there is no one else to long toss with.so my velocity has been slowly decreasing. Any ideas?

I doubt you'll lose velocity from not throwing, you might loose or have your mechancis altered which can effect your velocity this is just my opinion though

1.) If you're not in the weight room get in there (can't stress this enough)
2.) Theraband exercises
3.) Throw against a wall or a fence or something

I never threw an illegal pitch. The trouble is, once in a while I toss one that ain't never been seen by this generation
