Anyone train with one? What was the technique? Did it help your straight line speed, 10 and/or 60?

Now if you mean a "Ram Sled" I know what your talking about. I'd have to say that doing this will ultimately kill the joints in your knee and once this happens, your athletic career is over. If a "Power Sled" is different then, my bad.

My son uses the Powersled during his workouts with his personal trainer. It is a great tool to help with your stride and help you run correctly!
