Hello everyone. I am looking for help in creating a strenght training program that I can follow. I am 18 and a freshman in college. However, I recently underwent elbow surgery to move the ulnar nerve and relieve compression. The recovery period is 3 months which ended my hopes of trying on as a walk on this year. My goal is to rehab my arm and get in shape for the summer legion season so I will be able to try out for the college team next fall.

I have tried many times to develope my own program through reading these forums, but due to lack of in depth knowledge, I feel I may need some help.

Thanks

Thanks Maxx I'll Look into those. I can't start weight training for another 2 weeks or so while this recovers. My surgeon just cleared me to start throwers 10 starting next week so I'm really excited to get the process going.
