Has Anyone had any past experiances with Hydroxycut Hardcore? What are the benifits from takeing this and also what are the side affects of Hydroxycut Hardcore.

Not really effective. Just a high dose of caffeine and other stimulants.

Get your diet in order first. There is a good book "Food for Fitness" by Chris Carmichael that does a good job explaining how.

Eliminate soda (or "pop").

Run 1-2 miles everyday at 10-12 min/mile pace. It will take time, but the weight will come off as long as you have dicipline with your diet.

I think HIIT would be more effective for lsong weight and it is also better for a baseball player than just running laps at low levels of intensity.

Some running is ok, but as Upstate said, HIIT is your better option for both fat loss and performance.
