I have read at some websites that there are different excersises that will help your vision and in turn help you see the baseball. For one example, you hold a a pencil at arms length and one close to your eye and try to focus back and forth. Does anybody know if these actually work?

I'm not sure about this drill in particular, but I know Frozen Ropes Training Center has incredible drills to increase your visual mechanics (smooth tracking, detail, feild of vision...etc). You can check them out at http://www.frozenropes.com and I would also bet that their is one within driving distance of your home.

Has anybody used the frozen ropes visual mechanics program. It is supposed to help hitting but I'm worried it will damage my eyesite by using it, because it involves staring into the computer screen a lot.

Has anybody used the Scope and Rope program from Frozen Ropes? I just purchased it and want to know if anyone noticed results from using it?
