Hi, I'm 14 years old, 5'10, 150 pounds. I have been weightlifting for about 2 years. I was hoping you guys could give me some suggestions on improving my routine. I created it mainly using Gene Colemans book 52 Week Baseball Training. Please keep in mind that I do this in my house, so I dont have many machines.
Here is my Routine, I do it 3 times a week.
I also do 2 sets of 10 reps for each.

Bench
Leg Press
Leg Curl
Push Press
DB Shrug
Close Grip Bench
Ez Bar Curl
Standing Calf Raise
Hammer Curls
Pushups
Diamond Pushups

I also have a shoulder program I do with 3 pound dumbells 1 or 2 sets of 10 reps
Forward Raise
Lateral Raise
Shoulder Extension
Scarecrow

Finally my core program that I do on days Im not lifting
Knee ups 10 reps
Seated Leg Tucks 10 reps
V situps 10 reps
Bicycle Situps 10 reps
Lateral Crunch w/knees bent 10 reps
Plank 10 reps
Seal 10 reps

I am open to any suggestions to make this a better programs. Thanks

remember to build a base first... I guess you have, because you said that you've been lifting for 2 years.

I guess its good. I'd suggest you purchase the unbreakable abs program and read all of the free articles on Jon Doyle's website. They are good. Here: http://www.baseballtrainingsecrets.com/pages/home.htm

Also, for your shoulder you could:

Or buy: http://www.baseballtrainingsecrets.com/rc.htm

Hope those help. If you don't want to purchase anything, the next best is to read all of Jon Doyle's posts here. PM him any questions, he's a great guy.

Thanks for the help.
I like the link for the shoulder workout and I will include it in my workout. I also read around on Doyles site.
Good info.
