I have talked to several different college players (my self only in high school) and they said that they all have taken either creatine or stacked the protein heavily. I kno there are lots of new creatines, nitros oxides, and protein supplements out that are really good... but are there side affects to any of them? I have been taking 100% whey for about a year but i want to kno if i need to make a step up or not.

im looking into gaining muslce mass im 6 foot and weigh 180 lbs. im not small id just like to be aliitle bigger unless it hurts my game.

so if you kno anything about any of the supplements good or bad lemme kno please.

Im a pitcher and 1st baseman.

i work out 4x a week mon,tues,thurs,fri and throw wed sat and sun.
