I know there will be those who say there is better or less expensive alternatives to this product but taking a look at the product label, what's the good, bad and ugly regarding this product in terms of it's overall makeup?
If you click on the products "label" tab, you can actually bring up the product label with the ingredients and amounts.
I have taken it before. It tastes pretty decent, but it's very very thick and it's a lot. The scoops are HUGE. I guess if you're looking to put on some weight this would be for you. I'm not a professional but that was my opinion.
a candle will stand out in a dark room. then again, the brightest candle has to fight to stand out in a room full of candles.

are the oats for the fiber? to help digest protein? I use the on pro complex gainer for my son. i use banana,fruit, yogurt, soy milk, flax seed oil,the powder,ice. Just wondering about the oats. let me know thanks

What kind of oats are you talking about? The instant ones you can cook on the stovetop and come in the big cylinder can? Cause the thought of just pouring those in a drink seems kinda, clumpy...Or are there different oats that are better suited for this???
