Steven Ellis has a section on med ball exercises in his book, TuffCuff. He's a sponsor of this site so click on the link in the ad over in the margin. Or just go here. You'll be able to see the table of contents for the book. Section 10 is about plyometric exercises using medicine balls. I can't comment on how good the exercises are - just making you aware of it.

I have some on my website, but it's not real extensive: www.maxxtraining.com/stp.htm

I also recommend the book "Core Performance." Excellent training resource and you can find it used on Amazon for pretty cheap.

I definitely reccomend the Core Performance book that MAXX was talking about... I started using it a month ago and have become stronger, faster, and more flexible.
