I need a very specific, regimented workout program designed to increase velocity (core/arm strength). I am looking for something very structured and clear-cut (i.e. on Monday...on Tuesday...etc). Please PM me if you have used a workout program that you've had success with (specifically velocity improvement).

I would get a good book from the library on the subject. There are lots of BB specific books. Our teams used to supply workout regimens that they got from books and college programs.
