i have lifted all fall and winter and when baseball came i was in a really good shape and hitting well but my throw i seemed to be throwing slower then i use to.. does anyone know why i did some long toss in the fall but other than that no throwing.. could that be why or is it from the weight lifting??

it might be from the lifting. The thing about lifting relative to baseball is its completely different from other sports. You need to lift with quick motions, yet still be under control. If,for example, you load up the bench press and push it up very slowly(as its at your maximum),you will likely be slower

not saying you did,but if thats how you lifted it may have contributed to it.Perhaps your arm just isnt in game shape at the moment?I always found the inseason I threw better then the offseason
