Hello, I'm Christian. I turned fifteen in february and I played on my highschool team in the spring, and last fall. I'm a freshman and I'm looking for a workout plan to keep in shape for summer baseball and fall.

I'm 5'7, 130 lbs. and I play shortstop.

My son is almost exactly the same size as you and he will turn 15 in late July. He's also a SS.

He'd like to start lifting weights this summer and I'll likely get him a local gym membership. So I'd also be interested in any basic starter workouts.

Thanks.

Give more info may help. Never worked out before, ever lifted weights, etc. and if so, what kind of strength was worked up to and how long ago was that and where are you now? 5'7" and 130lb. does not say a whole lot. What other things are done besides the workout you are looking for?
I would recommend that you do a search here as this type of general question has been answered by many here before.
